Translations of Bengali Poems

I love translating Bengali poems to English in my spare time. I started with poems by Rabindranath Tagore during my engineering days, and later I also translated some by Sukumar Ray. I try to maintain the rhyme of the original Bengali version as much as possible when I translate it to English. Here are a few samples of my translation, with the original Bengali and the English side-by-side. I have many, many more on my blog, and much longer poems too.
